Clcik on the "Quick Exchange" Link on the menu bar.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Click on either the flag or the currency code of the currency you want to exchange.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
Click on either the flag or the currency code of the currency you want change your funds to.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You can now either enter the amount of currency you want to exchange or the amount of currency you want to receive. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You can also adjust the exchange rate you would like. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
By default the exchange rate is set to the midrate multiplied by 0.999. You can adjust the rate by typing in the rate you require or by clicking on the up and down arrows to the right of the rate. |
|

|
Tip:
Increase the rate if you want to receive more currency from your exchange and you have time to wait before the exchange is made or if you think the exhcnage rate will change to a more favourable rate in the future.
Decrease the rate if you want a faster exchange as yours will be matched up to another transaction before those with higher rates.
Please be aware that, providing an exchange can be made with another member, then you will never receive less than the rate you request. However you may receive more. |

Once your requested amount has been entered then click on the "Recalculate" button to see the amount to be received.

|
|
|
|
|
Click on the "Click Here to Convert" button to see the confirmation screen.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If you are happy with the transaction click on the I want to make the conversion. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
You will then see either the successful conversion screen, a partial conversion screen or the awaiting conversion screen. |

|
|
|
|
|
If your exchange was successful then the new currency is now available for your use. An email has been sent identifying the details of you transaction |

|
|
|
|
|
If your exchange was partially successful then the details will have been recorded and an email sent to you. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
If your exchange was not completed then we recommend that you leave the transaction in the system until an exchange can be made.
The most common reason for an exchange not being completed immediately is that the currency you require in not usually in the same time zone as you.
If you leave it overnight the exchange will usually be completed.
If the exchange does not complete overnight then you easily adjust the rate or leave it until an exchange is made.
Don't forget that matches can only be made if members leave unmatched exchanges in the system. |
